ENROLLMENT
Current enrollment will be given first opportunity to re-register for the next school year. Children going into kindergarten are second and then 1st grade through 13 years of age. The children served must be between the grades of Kindergarten and 7th grade. However, children who are entering Kindergarten in the fall may enroll for summer camp.
REGISTRATION
(To obtain the fee schedule and the registration forms, go back to "B&A Fees and Schedule" under "Before & After". There you can download the attached pdf files as well as view the documents.
In order for registration to be considered complete, parents must submit the following
1. Complete registration forms.
2. Provide the Hide Out with the child's health form.
3. Sign the following forms:
v Contract/Confirmation
v Waiver Form
v Permission to be Transported
v Permission to Walk to Mohegan School
v Release of Information & Photo Release
v Permission to Attend for Early Dismissal
v Parent manual received, read, and signed
4. Inform your child's school in writing of your arrangements with The Hide Out.
5. Submit all forms and a Non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 per child to:
